1. Viewing Job Status

Action: Navigate to the 'Job History' page (or access it directly at https://app.mappingclarity.com/jobs).

This page displays a comprehensive list of all uploads. Once a mapping job has finished processing, its status will be updated to 'Completed'.

2. Reviewing Line-Item Details

Action: Click on a specific completed job to view the line-item details.

This is the primary workspace for data review, where you can make final corrections before downloading the mapped data.

Data Interaction Features

The line-item view provides several tools to help you review and manage your results efficiently:

Feature

Description

Action/Use

Filters & Sort

Every column header includes capabilities to filter and sort the data.

Use these tools to narrow down results (e.g., filter by a specific vendor) or order by a column.

Confidence Score

The AI assigns a confidence score to every mapping decision.

Recommended: Sort the data by the Confidence Score column to stack-rank the lowest confidence mappings and focus your review efforts there.

AI Reasoning Popover

Hover your cursor over the lightbulb icon (AI Reasoning) next to a mapping. A popover will display a concise explanation of why the AI made that particular mapping decision.

Use this to quickly audit the logic behind high-confidence mappings.

Columns Visibility

Use the 'Columns' button in the top right to select which columns are visible or hidden.

Show only the essential fields and reorder columns as needed to make the data easier to digest.

Target Correction

For columns mapped to a Target:

To correct a mapping, select the correct value from the available dropdown menu (List or List + Definition types) or enter the correct value in the free text field (Pattern type).

Audit Button

A button that shows a detailed history for that specific line of data.

Click to view the full audit history, including all changes made to that line by users.

Reset Filters

Located next to the 'Columns' and 'Download as CSV' buttons.

Quickly clears all active filters applied to the data grid.

3. Downloading Final Data

Once you are satisfied with the reviewed data and have made all necessary corrections:

Action: Click the 'Download as CSV' button to download the complete, fully mapped, and corrected dataset.
